Nursing Laboratories

Our clinical trainings are associated with our tie-up with Kamla Nursing Hospital .Our institute boasts off its parent multispecialty 120-bedded hospital Kamla superspeciality and heart centre, which is one of the best medical facilities available in the district with all modern equipment and best nursing care.

Computer and IT Facilities

Each laboratory in our campus, regardless of the department like science, computer applications, psychology or education, is equipped with modern instruments, safety measures, and trained staff. These help students solidify theoretical knowledge and develop sound competency. Our college regularly organized free health checkups and blood donation camps at college campus, and also supports the development of nearby villages within the network.

Health and Sanitation

Our college takes extra steps to keep campus clean and hygienic. Our campuses provide clean, age- appropriate restroom facilities for both boys and girls and we have appointed support staff to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the washrooms are consistently maintained. There are separate washroom facilities for females to provide a sense of privacy and safety. Safe drinking water is close at hand. Installation of water purifying systems like RO filters and safe water holding tanks are readily available in the college premises. Water quality is regularly assessed to prevent contamination. Designated handwashing stations with soap and running water have been installed, particularly near toilets and dining areas. Adopting hygiene practices such as washing hands and wearing masks is mandatory on our campuses.

Anti-Ragging Measures

In line with the recommendations, the Supreme Court has declared that ragging is intolerable and should be addressed with severe and exemplary punishment. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited within the campus. Any instance of abetment to ragging, whether physical or psychological, along with humiliation, violation of decency and morals, and other offence which could be interpreted as ragging in higher education settings,2009 and is liable to any or all of the following punishments

• A. Suspension or expulsion from the hostel or the institute

• B. Withholding of Results

• C. Disqualification from representation in events

• D. Withholding scholarships or other benefits

• E. Anything which the disciplinary committee finds suitable as per the enquiry conducted

• F. FIR to be filed with Police on receipt of complaint.

Following the report of the Raghavan Committee on ragging, constituted by Honorable Supreme Court of India, it is mandatory for the institutions to get an undertaking from students as well as parents of all the students of first year stating that their ward would refrain from any activity leading to an act of ragging during his/her course of the entire programme -which he/she has enrolled into and is aware of the consequences of such an act as stated above.

Security and Surveillance

Similar to other administrative actions, continuous security and CCTV surveillance are maintained across the campus to confirm a safe and secure environment for all students.
