Campus Safety Measures

  • • The premises are continuously monitored around the clock by a network of CCTV cameras.

  • • Trained security personnel are stationed at all entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access and maintain a respectful environment.

  • • Access IDs are issued to all students, faculty member, and visitors and must be presented when entering or navigating secure areas. Visitors are permitted only during designated hours and must register at the entry gate upon arrival.

  • • Fire safety systems, such as extinguishers, alarms, and emergency exits are installed throughout the building.

  • • Regular fire drills and safety workshops are held to ensure readiness for emergencies.

Our Anti-Ragging Policies

  • • We uphold a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination, harassment, bullying and any behavior that undermines the dignity of individuals.

  • • To enforce the policy, the Anti-Ragging Committee and a dedicated task force operates year-round, focusing on educating students and managing complaints with discretion and care.

  • • Students are motivated to report incidents fearlessly, with quick and immediate actions taken to resolve grievances in an impartial and open manner.

Health & Safety Concerns

  • • Campus is equipped with an on-site medical room, staffed by trained nurses and offering first aid facilities.

  • • We have routine health screening events, vaccination drives, and wellness seminars which are conducted in collaboration with good hospitals and health professionals. Our college has established partnerships with the city's medical college and nursing homes for medical inconveniences and emergencies.

  • • Hostel residents have basic medical care through entrusted staff members and quick contact services.

Discipline/Rules and Regulations

  • • All students have to follow institute timings.

  • • Shouting or whistling is prohibited in and around the college building.

  • • It is not advisable to bring valuables like expensive watches, jewelley or electronic gadgets etc, to the college.

  • • Any damage done even if by accident should be reported directly to the class co-coordinators.

  • • Every student should acknowledge their teachers with a greeting whenever they encounter them. No student should use offensive language towards any teacher, visitor, or guest on the college.

  • • Bringing fireworks or promoting any form of cracker explosions, as well as splashing water or color within the college premises, is prohibited.

  • • It is compulsory for students to wear lab coat/apron during practical periods in Chemistry.

  • • Students are required to wear a neat and clean uniform when coming to college, regardless of the purpose, including visits outside of class hours.

  • • Any form of gathering or celebration in the classroom, canteen, or anywhere on or around the college campus is not permitted.

  • • No student is allowed to bring any weapons or sharp objects to the college.

Student support and Helpline Services

Every complaint is treated with utmost seriousness and addressed with confidentiality and responsibility. All complaints are submitted directly to the Managing Director of the institute and swiftly reviewed for appropriate action.
